Refunds
At WrappedGirl, I take pride in the quality of my products and services. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, I offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange and we will guide you through the process.
Return & Exchange Policy
Shipping expenses: If you choose to purchase something, you will only be charged the cost of shipping (usually by USPS). I do not charge for shipping boxes or supplies. I ship once or twice a week. If you wish for your item to be tracked - you will be charged what the USPS charges me.
Returns: Once I receive your returned item, I will inspect it and notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
